Him: Yeah. You know... um-uh... rainbows, cutthroats, brook trout, tiger trout. Yeah, maybe a cutthroat trout.

Marshmallow fondant is wonderful stuff. It's like edible playdough for grown-ups. I used the tutorial I found here. I've never used old-fashioned fondant, so I don't know how it compares, but the marshmallow stuff was cheap, easy and tasty.
