from the archives: snow candy

(Listen up, Midwesterners: Here's something productive to do with all of that snow you've recieved lately.)

We made another batch of snow candy after our last snow storm. It's become an annual tradition after the first decent storm of the year.

This batch was special: we used the maple syrup that my mom and dad tapped from the trees in their yard. And boy was it good!
