Yesterday was cold and snowy, the perfect kind of day for hot creamy soup and fresh bread. Oh baby!
I substituted 1 1/2 c. (1 can) evaporated milk and 1/2 c. 1% milk for the 2 c. of milk that the recipe calls for.
Italian Bread Bowls- no modifications, except to split the dough into four pieces instead of eight.

That soup recipe is one of my favorites! It's easy, fast, and good. I always want potato soup when I'm pregnant, and this one always hits the spot!!
