It's been months since my last recipe of the week post, and I decided to move them over here. I've found some really tasty ones lately and figure it's time to start sharing the love again. Yesterday was cold and snowy, the perfect kind of day for hot creamy soup and fresh bread. Oh baby!
I substituted 1 1/2 c. (1 can) evaporated milk and 1/2 c. 1% milk for the 2 c. of milk that the recipe calls for.
Italian Bread Bowls- no modifications, except to split the dough into four pieces instead of eight.

That soup recipe is one of my favorites! It's easy, fast, and good. I always want potato soup when I'm pregnant, and this one always hits the spot!!
